Some doctors don't like to order a d-dimer test for covid shot adverse reaction reasons, they have been pressured not to say anything about the side effects. What you could do is to tell your doctor that as of lately you've been sitting at work for long hours and you'd like him to order a d dimer test to check if you have any DVT (clots). That way you don't put pressure on him to talk about the side effect.

If the clot level is high, then you know it's from the shot and you need to find alternative ways to reduce the levels of spike proteins in your body causing it to make those micro clots.
