This is not real. Kisheria huwa kuna kiwango ambacho mfanyakazi huweza kulipa PAYE kulingana na mshahara anaopokea. For a case in Tanzania mfanyakazi yoyote atapaswa kulipa PAYE ikiwa mshahara wake its more than 271,000/=Tshs that is according to Tanzania Income Tax Act of 2004 RE 2019 . Na mataifa mengine huwa na utaratibu wao kuanzia kukata PAYE. Hivyo usipotoshe watu humu na watu sio wajinga kama mlivyo huko kunya.

There is a reason Infrastructural projects are built by governments, not businessmen.
Lamu port will be there for centuries to come. The economy of that region won't care about the losses or profits of the port.
They'll care about the business it facilitates.

Oil import yenu ni ndogo sababu you are an LDC with little fuel-consuming economic activities.

Kenya still uses A LOT MORE gas than you, yet we don't mine any.
For a country with natural gas, how do you explain 97% of Tanzanians still use firewood and charcoal?

You use oil to do what, remember we export more manufactured goods than your shithole country, we produce and export more than you Kunyans, Kenya is a net importer and consumer while Tanzania is a net producer and exporter, that is the clear difference between Tanzania and Kenya.

They'll care about the business it facilitates.

But the government need to use tax payers money wisely because it needs to provide essential services to it's people, isn't?. How can a clever person spend a lot of money on Isiolo Airport and Lamu port but can't pay salaries for health workers and can't send money to counties for 4 months consecutively?
