I) Eastern Upanga ii) Western Upanga
The Eastern Upanga is very closer to CBD about 2-3 Km's, and has embassies such as UK, China, Burundi etc + HQ's of big public and private companies such as NHC, Greatest Advocates offices etc + residents for Asians + Aga Khan hospital for Dar +Best Hostels and Casino such as Palm Beach, Las Vegas etc + Mzumbe University (DSM Campus) + High Status religious houses such as Masjid Maamur and City Christian Center and so on

The Western Upanga is little bit away from CBD like 4 Km's, it has Muhimbili National Hospital + The best Health University (MUHAS) + The best international school in the country (IST) + Asian best schools such as All Muntazir + Shaaban Robert + Aga Khan + Aga Khan University + High Status Graves ( The Kisutu's One) + Best High Rise Apartments in dar + Children lockup + Regency Hospital and so many many

But
Sinza stands for its own, it has several streets less than 30s but the famous one are Kijiweni, Afrika Sana, Mori, Kwa Remmy, Makaburini, Sinza E, Tipa, Kumekucha, Palestine, Madukani, Vatican, Mugabe, Legho, Mapambano, Sinza C, Sinza B and so many.......
All of this streets are of Middle Income People for DSM excluding other places apart from Sinza
It's main famous apart from what cc Kadoda11 mentioned above but also
Along it's main road of Shekilango there are many Bars+ Lounges + Night Clubs than any place in TZ.....
