These towns; Nakuru, Eldoret, Mwanza, Kisumu na Arusha are in the same bracket type of towns, each has its own advantage and disadvantage, but are same in category, but below second tier cities like Mombasa, hazijafika level ya Mombasa.., na bado none is quite convincing to be called a "city", apart from criteria ya population(though vigezo ni tofauti kati ya Kenya na Tz), my observation.

By infrastructure Kisumu and Mwanza very much Qualify as Cities and are even ahead of Many capital Cities in Africa & Island countries. Kisumu na Mwanza are far more developed than Juba, Bujumbura, Antananarivo & Monrovia.

Dodoma is far ahead when it comes to real estate, Don’t compare Dodoma to that Shithole full of slums mzee.
