i' ve just read from Mayo Clinic that,
their are two types of hypertensions, ie. Primary (or Essential) and Secondary Hypertension..
for Secondary Hypertension, the main cause can easily be identified and addressed where necessary eg. Stress, Alcoholism. etc, and hypertension can fully get cured in this case.. but that only constitute less than 10% of all the hypertensive case reported..
the rest 90% of the cases is wht is called primary or essential hypertension, in this case, one will have to accept to live with this condition for the rest of his life, since it has got no known cause why one is having hypertension, this could be due to the fact tht it runs in your family, etc.. but lifestyle modification eg. diet, exercise, weight control, may help control it, but if this lifestyle changes fails, medication will help treat it, but will never cure it! one will have to contend with medication 💊 for the rest of his/her life🥲. thts the sad side of the story
