These are just average numbers there is more to it.

Humans, are not all cut from the same cloth, that's why it's important to put all other things like vitals, symptoms and conditions into consideration. Someone who is always dehydrated will have a higher heart rate and eventually a higher systolic pressure because blood is more viscous, so the heart muscle has to work harder.

My heart rate is between 48-53bpm, and my systolic BP is around 105 - 120mm Hg (at rest) but I'm also athletic, I run 4 miles (6.4km) in 32 minutes on regular bases. Someone else a 49bpm pulse rate would signal a serious health condition.

Some types of food like garlic, vasodilate blood vessels and lowers the number while others like chilli pepper, vasoconstrict blood vessels and results into the increase in systolic number.

Stress is the major cause of elevated blood pressure levels but most doctors don't want to do their due diligence in figuring out the real cause of the symptom. They just gravitate to prescribing medications to lower the numbers, as the condition worsens they increase the dosage, until they can't prescribe no more.

It's up to us (not waiting for the organizations like WHO) to educate ourselves about our bodies, lifestyle, vital signs and food we eat. That way, we can provide enough information to our doctors to better diagnose our conditions, when needed.

zimbabwe was made on the the same model as that of south africa. at some point in early 80s zimbabwe was the most powerful nation, north of limpopo, south of the sahara. until mugabe came in to power, and instilled some ideologies that resembles that of socialism/ujamaa, is when Zim took a downward trajectory till date!. the curse of ujamaa and hating wazungus so much! for no apparent main reazon..

did you knw 'Zimbabwe' in full, means, 'Dzimba za Mabwe' as in 'House of Stones'.
In kiswahili it would loosely translate as 'Nyumba ya Mawe!'

And did you also knw that 'Harare' means the guardman who is ever awake, he never goes to sleep.
In kiswahili tht would also loosely translate as 'Halali'

wode maya in Harare, 1day ago!

i've now come to agree with some scholars when they say 'cape town' is in africa by 'default', as in, its wrongly placed in africa. ie. from its architecture, worldclass high standard of living, prominent personalities who visits this city on day to day bases, even its racial make-up, where black africans only constitute 24% of its city population, the rest being mostly the colored and the caucasian white..,
even lingua franca of this city is 'afrikaan' a derivative of dutch, and not even english as one would automatically assume!

High standard of living?? You must be very stupid. There is nothing you know about Cape Town.

Stop picking nonsense from the internet.

Your fellow Countrymen here always insist your Kenya at par with SA, what is your take ?

Truthfully speaking all numbers are important in making clinical decisions. If you have high blood pressure it can easily be controlled by medications but low blood pressure ndio mbaya zaidi a reading below 60 on the lower reading sio nzuri and it can be challenging to rump it up as you need alot of fluids to increase it and at times might not work.
