The design was not changed. What you posted is the render for Eco resort which was suppose to built on the show of lake Victoria.

Hahahah, you lost it ,
Those are very few international matches that happened in Ben mkapa stadium,
Na nyingine za CAF Confédération Cup zinaanza Feb,
Just follow up and see the Vibe,
let’s go back to the topic of the stadium
This filthy thing is damn ugly, poor and a typical third world thing,
I wonder this is the best you have,
And you keep comparing yourselves to the South Africans when they have countless modern stadia, and you have none

Eco Resort

Kisumu

Proposal

The proposed development is aimed at being the foremost conference facility in Kisumu and the adjoining counties. It is specifically a bird watching eco-resort with a conference facility for 800 people, lounge, eateries, a business centre, spa, and gym. The rooms are divided into three tiers which is evident from the facade design which is inspired by a weaver bird’s nest. The turns at the facade indicate a change in use from standard room to executive and finally luxury suites. There is a bird museum covering the ornithology of the region and country at large, a bird viewing tower and jetties for water sports. On site BIPVs and biomass plants (utilising hyacinth) ensure that the carbon footprint of this already passive building is further reduced.
