I have studied the satellite images of Nairobi,Dar, Kisumu, Mombasa, Nakuru, Arusha, Mwanza ... and it will take Tanzania like 30 years to catch up, that is if Kenya decides to sleep the whole time...

Do you guys even plan your towns, even try to.
Arusha tried, but then beyond the CBD it is crazy again.
Mwanza is a big town though, very big... just needs to be planned beyond the CBD.
This "batttle' should have been between Mombsa and Dar. It is an insult to Nairobi.
Nairobi is miles ahead, way, way ahead.

The best planned towns in this region, from what I have seen are, Nairobi, Kisumu, Nakuru, Mombasa, Lamu, Dar- (because of the grid CBD- beyond that it is chaos) ...in that order.
