Kitu cha pili, just because you don't understand English is not our problem. Hiyo taarifa unayotaja ya LMIC ilitaja nchi za Africa (SA, Nigeria and Kenya) which top sub Saharan Africa in terms of the amount of money needed (in dollars) in order to break into 1% of dollar millionaires which is $20k in the case for Kenya (if I can remember it well, I might be wrong though and stand corrected). Just because Tanzania wasn't mentioned doesn't mean you are doing better than us. It only means that you need to upgrade your English comprehension levels
