Does Kenya have a consulate in somalilandI don't expect much from that meeting. Remember that Somaliland is not recognised internationally, even though it functions as a fully independent country.
The diplomatic relationship between Kenya and Somalia is an an all time low right now because of Kenya's support for the state of Jubaland in Somalia. There is also the issue of the maritime case. By meeting with the president of Somaliland, Uhuru is just playing geopolitics to spite the federal government of somalia in Mogadishu.
