Yaa Ray! the whole case was a big deal, actually BAE agreed to settle this issue in Court after been assured that there will be no Corruption charges that will be raised against them, as to do so will lead BAE to loose EU contracts. We as Africans we need to realise now before too late that whites are always after their permanent interest, no matter what good they will do to us Africans it is not for real!

BAE Systems has been fined £500,000 for failing to keep proper records of payments it made to an adviser in Tanzania.

The defence group paid £7.7m to two firms controlled by businessman Shailesh Vithlani ahead of winning a £28m Tanzanian military radar contract.

The ruling by a judge at Southwark Crown Court comes after BAE had already agreed a deal with the Serious Fraud Office.

BAE also has to pay £225,000 costs

My take: Just laughing and ashamed of this, can you believe they have been charged for just failure on keeping records?

My question is which are those two firms controlled by Sailesh Vithlani were paid that amount money in this dubious deal
