The post on X by nasser_Ug1 carried the caption:
“The Lion of Adjumani, Gen. Moses Ali, has officially taken his oath. A living legend, still standing strong for Uganda.”
The video bore the logo of “Entebbe City TV” on TikTok and had attracted Over 85,000 views, 278 comments, and over 200 reposts by the time JamiiCheck reviewed it. It was also widely circulating in WhatsApp groups.
