The utamu, pamoja na blog zote zilizo kwenye format ya xxxxxxxx.blogspot.com or something that is a subdomain of another domain like that, does not host the site and therefore you can never find the information to trace who owns the utamu from DNS ownership/ hosting records.

I believe mtu yeyote anaweza kuanzisha a xxxxxx.blogspot.com blog bila ya kutoa information za identity yake, kama vile mtu yeyote anaweza kufungua a yahoo email address bila ku reveal identity yake.

What you can get from that query is who owns blogspot.com, which is the parent domain for theutamu.blogspot.com. Thats why you see google all over cause blogspot.com is owned by google.

Thanks for the idea but it is some kind of a wild goose chase.

A more productive way to go about it would be to ask google to trace the IP of the moderator. I am sure, unless you are the government of China and the mod is operating in China, you will have a hard time.And even in the China case Google and Yahoo are increasingly coming under fire from civil libertarians in the US for letting the Chinese government trample over disidents.
