Everybody knows it.

Just because Rostam Aziz has been protected by our corrupt government for decades does not mean other intelligence services and governments do not have information on everything he has done.

Even our own corrupt government has all the information on him and his network, it is because of the impunity we have that he has never been charged with anything.

President Magufuli should have formally charged all of them when he had the chance, not just gotten part of our money back (allegedly).
