viongozi wetu ni kama mafia au drug dealers they are incapable of hardwork and earning their living the old fashioned way.Nobody should get wealthy doing a government job,you can earn a decent living thats it.They wanna be wealthy they need to go into private sector but they are so dumb they can't compete in real world

Ati wakati wa kumbeza Dr. Slaa kule parliament wabunge wengi wali-compare marupurupu ya nchi zingine, wengine walisema ati marupu rupu yetu ni chini hata uki-compare Uingereza. These guys have a different thinking; they compare themselves to the first world; we are in Tanzania the third poorest country in the world.

Mr. Kabwe, the first lesson in my business was to value the money I make. If the very people who lead us do not know the value of money then it is really terrible. We are wasting too much, we have many things to do!

Pamoja na BSc yangu ya UDSM ya mwaka 1999 na nimeajiriwa serikalini tangu 2001, I am being paid almost 425,000Tsh per month (take home is 320,000Tsh)! Its time for me to engage in politics...!!

Regarding properties in Darisalamu: One thing I will tell you this country has got no regulatory body; hebu niambie, hizi properties kama kweli ziko valued kwa bei inayotakiwa. Infact Darisalamiu au let say Tanzania tunaishi kwa bora kumekucha, we have no system. Don't ask me to give you examples, you're travelled; so please everybody in this country is trying to take his or her ride. to rip.

Believe me we are poor, and we have failed to convert our "existing wealth" into really wealth. Tuna madini,mito, vyote hivyo ni utajiri lakini how have they benefited us? We are still big beggers, and that we get from those givers is taken to pay people like Mr. Sita.

Kwamba we are poor I can say no! We do have enough resources to satisfy our basics needs and have proper social facilities in our country, only and big problem we have is unequal distribution of our limited resources!
If we can pay USD8,000 for house rent are we really poor!? We are spending so much money on unnecessary things!!
 
Viongozi wa Tanzania ni wabinafsi,kwao kuwa kiongozi ni mradi.wengi wanagombea vyeo kujinufaisha kiuchumi.kwao kuwa kiongozi ni kama ka-guarantee flani hivi ya kuishi kwa raha duniani.maana hakuna kwengine utakapopewa such a long honeymoon as a leader kama kwetu tanzania.

when studying history kina chifu mangunge used to annoy me for their stupidity,BUT i have no idea where our current leaders will rank 100 years later in the history of this country.maybe thieves,or robbers.

tatizo ni kuwa kuna wengine wanataka kupandikiza ufisadi ili mradi ionekane ni ufisadi, hasa kama haumuhusishi Rostam!
 

Inaonekana kuna mgongano kati ufahamu na hapa ndipo tunapokwama katika kujadili ,ila ndi mjadiliano.

Vyeo na kima cha mshahara haviendani na hali ya WaTanzania walio wengi ,na hawa tunaowataja wameyakuta na wanayaendeleza pengine na kuyazidisha ,sasa faida ya majadala sio kwenda nao mbali sana ,kinachotakikana ni kujenga hoja nzito ambayo itakubalika kwa wadau ambao ni wananchi wapiga kura.Na nini wanatakiwa wafanye.

Pengine tukaona kwa upigaji kura itatuchukua muda mrefu kusahihisha na kuuondoa ufisadi huu kutokana na ukiritimba wa CCM (Hapa hakuna Kikwete hiki Chama kipo zaidi ya miaka 50 wanapokezana vijiti),nini kifanyike ?

Ni kuushawishi umma wa WaTanzania kuingia mabarabarani kupinga mishahara hii mikubwa ya aina yake ,hii ni kazi ya vyama vya upinzani ,labda hilo itaonekana ni kutaka kuleta fujo.Ila ni njia muhimu kwa siku hizi katika ulimwengu wanyonge kupinga au kuipinga Serikali kutokana na ubadhirifu unaovuka mipaka.

Jengine ni kufanya tathmini kwa nchi majirani hata za Ulaya namna watu kama hawa wanavyolipwa ,ikiwezekana tutafute mshauri muelekezi wa kutufanyia na kutuondolea mirija hii.Ila hili nalo litakuwa la ajabu.

La mwisho ambalo linaweza kuzua mvutano ni kwa upande wa vyama vya upinzani ambacho kitaweza kubeba jukumu la kubadilisha na kupitia upya mfumo wa kiwango cha lala salama kinachotumiwa na Sulatani CCM kulipa wafuasi wake wa ngazi za juu kuwarubuni ili ifanye itakavyo kama tunavyoona ,ukienda mabenki wanakwapua kwa ajili ya Uchaguzi ,wakienda kwenye vyombo vya dola tunaona vinavyotumika,wakienda mahakamani hata kama wanamakosa wanaibuka videdea ,bungeni wabunge wanaunga mkono na Spika anashangalia.

Ingawa bado fedha hio ukiibadilisha kwa dola si pesa kitu labda ile ya raisi kidogo inatia homa na akimaliza utamu wa Uraisi anafungiwa nyingine.Hata hivyo inabidi kwanza tujue International salari inasemaje ,sio tunakwenda mbio tu kama tunaozungumzia private busness,mnaweza mkapanga mkakuta Mkuu wa mkoa inabidi apokee laki moja.
 
politics aside haiingii akilini kwa nchi yenye GDP ya less than $1000 kumlipa jaji mkuu same amount as a country with a $40,000 GDP!!

mbona sie walalahoi tukiomba nyongeza ya mshahara mnatuambia tusidhani hapa ni marekani?nchi yetu bado masikini?!

tatizo kubwa the guys are out of touch.wanajisahau kuwa nchi yetu inashindania top ten za poorest.for that case they they need to work harder.
wao wakienda kwa wenzetu wanajiona as if wao ni ma-top dog!kumbe wanachorwa tu.
