Naipongeza serikali kwa kuanzisha kodi hii ya nyumba na sehemu za biashara kwa wamiliki

Issue sio kuongeza vyanzo vya mapato, issue ni haya mapato mnayokusanya hadi sasa yanafanya kazi gani za kuonekana kama sio kuishia mifukoni mwa wajanja. hospitalini huduma mbovu, majengo ya shule machakavu na yana hadhi duni, barabara mitaani mbovu hata wakati najenga hiyo nyumba nishaingia hasara mara nyingi kwa gari kumwaga mzigo njiani kwa ubovu wa barabara leo hii nimemaliza nataka nianze kurudisha gharama zangu unasimama unakenua unataka kodi kwa msaada gani ulionipa wakati najenga... upuuzi ni kupenda kuvuna usipopanda... Boresheni Miundombinu na huduma za kijamii watu watakuwa wanatoa kodi kwa roho nyeupe na kwa uzalendo.
 
Nipende kuipongeza serekali yetu tukufu kwa kubuni kodi ya upangishaji hasa hasa ikiwalenga wenye majengo ya kimakazi au ya kibiashara hakika hapa kulikuwa na fedha nyingi mno zilizokuwa zinapotea na kulikosesha taifa letu mapato stahili na halali.

Ispokuwa ombi langu ni kwamba ingelipaswa kutangulia sensa ya nyumba hizi zikajulikana waziwazi, zikaingizwa kwenye database ya serekali yetu, ikafahamika nyumba fulani inavyumba vitano vya upangishaji na kila chumba hupangishwa kwa 50,000/- hivyo kwa mwezi nyumba hii huingiza 300,000/- hivyo kwa mwaka nyumba hii inaingiZa 3,600,000/-.

Hivyo serekali kuwa na fixed amount ambayo nyumba fulani iliyopo mtaa fulani, nambari fulani, kwa mwaka huu itapaswa kulipa kiasi kadhaa. Unless mwenye nyumba awe amekwenda kuripoti mabadiliko ya kimatumizi ya jengo husika.

Lengo la uzi huu ni kupongeza na kushauri jinsi gani serekali yetu tukufu ianze zoezi hili kwa kutanguliza uwepo wa DATABASE ya majengo yote ya kiupangaji na kibiashara.

Tumechelewa, tuanze sasa kwa manufaa ya taifa letu.

Dar es Salaam. Tanzania Revenue Authority’s (TRA) plan to give tenants a mandate to withhold 10 percent of house rent in both private and commercial houses as a way of expanding the scope of tax payment has been greeted with mixed reaction among concerned groups.
According to TRA, the law required the house owners to be the ones to submit the house rent tax, something that has not been implemented properly and thus as one of the ways to facilitate collection of Sh23.65 trillion as tax by the end of the financial year 2022/23, it had to review the law and come up with a new strategy.
Speaking to journalists yesterday on TRA’s strategies to achieve the collection target as part of the government’s budget of Sh41.48 trillion, the authority’s Taxpayer Services and Education director, Mr Richard Kayombo, among other plans, explained the change that will see tenants submit tax instead of landlords.
“Any tenant, whether in a private house or a business house, is responsible for withholding 10 percent of rent and submitting it to TRA as government tax, unless there is another agreement where the landlords and landladies themselves will come to pay at TRA,” explained Mr Kayombo.
Serikali bila kuwa na industry strategy ni kazi bure kwasababu itategemea Kodi Kwa kuwakamua wasio nacho Ila kungekuepo na viwanda uchumi wa nchi ungeoxeka. Hakuna nchi Inaendelea bila kuwa na strategy ya kukuza viwanda
 
Nipende kuipongeza serekali yetu tukufu kwa kubuni kodi ya upangishaji hasa hasa ikiwalenga wenye majengo ya kimakazi au ya kibiashara hakika hapa kulikuwa na fedha nyingi mno zilizokuwa zinapotea na kulikosesha taifa letu mapato stahili na halali.

Ispokuwa ombi langu ni kwamba ingelipaswa kutangulia sensa ya nyumba hizi zikajulikana waziwazi, zikaingizwa kwenye database ya serekali yetu, ikafahamika nyumba fulani inavyumba vitano vya upangishaji na kila chumba hupangishwa kwa 50,000/- hivyo kwa mwezi nyumba hii huingiza 300,000/- hivyo kwa mwaka nyumba hii inaingiZa 3,600,000/-.

Hivyo serekali kuwa na fixed amount ambayo nyumba fulani iliyopo mtaa fulani, nambari fulani, kwa mwaka huu itapaswa kulipa kiasi kadhaa. Unless mwenye nyumba awe amekwenda kuripoti mabadiliko ya kimatumizi ya jengo husika.

Lengo la uzi huu ni kupongeza na kushauri jinsi gani serekali yetu tukufu ianze zoezi hili kwa kutanguliza uwepo wa DATABASE ya majengo yote ya kiupangaji na kibiashara.

Hii kodi siyo mpya ipo toka zamani sana isipokuwa ina changamoto kubwa sana hasa juu ya ukusanyaji wake ndiyo maana nikapendekeza serekali itengenezwe kwanza Database ukizingatia nyumba zote kwa sasa almost 80-90%zina identity ya namba ya makazi kwa dar basi lipite zoezi la miezi sita likishirikisha wajumbe wa nyumba kumi.
Sasa kama hawana database kodi ya majengo mbona inalipwa kupitia ununuzi wa Luku? Wao wamesema mpangaji ndiye atakayeilipa hiyo kodi, jambo ambalo ni sawa kabisa kwa sababu ukisema mwenye nyumba akatwe juu kwa juu italeta usumbufu pale mpangaji anapohama na vyumba kuwa vitupu.
