Industry: Real Estate & Construction

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft Certified) are an added advantage
• Proven experience (minimum 5+ years) in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and security
• Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus

Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and servers
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place
• Manage network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures
