Available Positions
🍽️ Waiters / Waitresses
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
☕ Bartenders / Baristas
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, fresh juices, cocktails, and other beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
👨🍳 Professional Cook / Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality meals, snacks, and special menus.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor food stock and prepare purchase requests.
- Learn new recipes and continuously improve culinary skills.
Minimum Qualifications
For Waiters, Waitresses, Bartenders & Baristas
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
- Good communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
- High standards of personal hygiene and knowledge of food safety practices.
For Professional Cook / Chef
- Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience in hotels, restaurants, or private homes.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and menu preparation.
- Ability to communicate clearly in Swahili (basic English is an added advantage).
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
