View attachment 538552 Huyu kijana wa JK sidhani hata kama atakuwa amefikia level ya kama huyu kijana ya kuwa "Solo Pilot".Na ukiangalia begani kwa wote wawili,wana "bar" moja kuashiria bado wapo "darasani" au wapo tu chuoni kusoma na si kwamba wameajiliwa(Nipo tayari kusahihishwa ndani ya mjadala kama kaajiliwa)


Hongera sana kijana,hivi huyu ni Rashid au Khalfan!?Huwa ninawachanganya.
Hivi amepata ajira au yupo "Training" kwa ajili ya kupata masaa?Maana kwa pesa ya baba yake,sio kazi kulipa "Etihad Flying School" ili apate masaa ya kuwa rubani kamili baada ya kuwa darasani.

Maana hata ukiangalia begani ana bar moja tu,ili uwe "Pilot in Command" hapo begani lazima uwe na "Four bars".Sasa huyu dogo atakuwa ametoka tu shule huko Marekani then "field" anafanyia Etihad na mzazi akawa analilipa shirika ili mtoto apate masaa(Rating Hours) then anarudi bongo tu kurusha Boeing za ATCL.

Au anaweza akawa kwenye shule ya marubani iliyo chini ya kampuni ya ndege ya Etihad.Wakuu kuinua dude kama Boeing 737-800,Boeing 777,Boeing 787 au Airbus 380 au ile mpya A350 siyo kwa bar moja begani.Utauwa watu dakika moja tu.

Kitu kingine wazazi tunachopaswa kujua,a pilot is just a mere driver.Urubani ni kama udereva tu,training yake ni miezi sita baada ya hapo unaanza sasa kuruka ili upate masaa ya kuweza kukupa uzoefu wa kurusha ndege,unaanza kupata leseni ya kuruka ukiwa solo,then ya kuruka na abiria na baadae ndege za kibiashara.

Tatizo ni ada ilivyo ghalama.Kitu kilicho kigumu ni kuwa Engineer wa ndege na sio rubani.Ndio maana zile ndege pale nyumbani terminala one,vijana wengi waliishia kidato cha nne,sababu baba zao wana pesa,wakaenda course South Africa na USA na sasa wanarusha.

Mzee Mwinyi ana mwanae rubani,sema ile sio familia ya facebook na Instagram.

Following the development of advanced and integrated cockpit systems since the late 1980s, airline pilots are mainly operating their respective aircraft on a dual-pilot basis. Most crews consist of only a pilot (also known as captain) and a co-pilot (also known as a first officer). Each crew member's uniform is decorated with insignia which, akin to naval uniforms, represents his or her duties on board the aircraft. The airline captain's insignia corresponds to the naval captain's insignia, such as four stripes on the shoulder epaulets and four stripes on the blazer arms. First officer's insignia corresponds to the naval commander uniform, bearing three stripes on shoulder epaulets and blazer arms. huyu si ndo aliyekuwa mwanafunzi wa Feza boys mwaka 2015? sijui alikuwa kidato cha ngapi. kwa miaka 17 aliyokuwa nayo mwaka ule pengine alikuwa form 5 or 6. kasoma uruban kwa muda gani au yupo chuo na sasa anafanya internship?


Inawezekana maana ungesikia kuna watu wanapanga maandamano ya kwenda kutoa pongezi
