Ila bado sijamuelewa kwenye baadhi ya maamuzi yake, mfano kumuondoa Lukaku bila kuwa na mpango wa replacement, kusema kwamba hela ilikuwepo lakini sokoni hakukuwa na wachezaji sahihi wa kusajili na kwenye suala la favouratism kwa wachezaji wa kingereza
