Afya... UKWELI MCHUNGU...
Binadamu akishafika miaka 30 mwili wake unaanza kufifia... na karibia mfumo ( systems ) mingi sana ya mwili ndio huwa katika kilele cha ufanisi na baada ya hapo ndio huanza kupungua hadi kifo. kikawaida hata mtu asipougua kabisa, kuna umri seli zake hukoma kujigawanya ( kujizalisha )

na baada ya hapo inafatia mifumo kushindwa kufanya kazi na hatimaye kifo ( cha uzee )

uzee nao hauna miaka ... binadamu tunatoautiana kasi ya seli kugawanyika... hi inachangiwa na chakula...na mazingira...

nataka kukushauri kwamba ukishafikia miaka 30 anza kupunguza baadhi ya vitu vinavyochosha mwili... mfano vile na sigara...na machemichali ya ajabu ajabu...

....kweli aisee, nimeamua kupunguza vitu vinavyochosha mwili. Nimeanza na nyweli, nazikata kila wiki, na kunyoa pale ninapoona mwili unachoshwa.
