Huwa nasikia kuwa ukinawia limao ukeni, uke unakuwa tight je ni kweli? kama sio kweli ni nini kinaweza kuufanya uke kuwa tight? mie tayari nina watoto nahisi maumbile yangu sio tight sana. msaada tafadhali.

Hapana, usijaribu hata siku moja kuweka mboga/nyama/matunda yoyote ukeni please. Kama unataka uke kuwa tight jaribu mazoezi ya Kegel. Uke ni kama msuli fulani, ukiufanyisha mazoezi utaanza kukaza.
Jinsi ya kufanya mazoezi ya Kegel, unabana na kuachia misuli yako kama unavyobana na kuachia mkojo.

Kegel, kegel, kegel. Wenzio we are still virgins take it from me. Mwanzo utaiona ngumu, lakini ukizoea unaweza kukata mkojo kati ukaenda kuchukua maji jikoni ukarudi kumalizia.

Wakati unakojoa, kata mkojo kila baada ya sekunde kadhaa, hold it kwa sekunde 5 then achia. Fanya hivyo hadi mwisho.

Ukiwa umekaa tu bored, working ama una mtu anakustress na hiwezi chomoka, fanya hii exercise. Bana muscles za ukeni na achia kila baada yavsekunde 5. Kumbuka kuhema.

ni wazi kwamba msuli wowote ukifanyiwa mazoezi basi hukaza na kuzuia kutepeta ama kulegea na ukitaka kuamini angalia mtu anayejikondesha kwa kustarve, na kisha mlinganishe anayejikondesha kwa kula na mazoezi. utagundua kwamba yule anayestarve nyama zake huvutika kama banzoka, ukimcompare na yule anayeanayefanya mazoezi ambaye nyama zake hujiumba katika umbo moja na zikashikamana sehem husika hivyo kuleta muonekano mzuri zaid.

kadhalika uke unahitaj mazoez hasa baada ya kujifungua na kama ulipata stitch basi mazoez lazima yanakuhusu sana tu, zoezi lenyewe ni kama walivyosema waliotangulia ila tu kwa kuongezea ni lazima ujue unafanya ili kupata matokeo gani.

nawashukuru wadau wote kwa michango yenu. je hilo zoezi linatakiwa kufanyika kila baada ya muda gani? let say asubuhi, mchana au jioni? pia ni kwa kipindi gani labda wiki kadhaa, mwezi ama miezi kadhaa? pia nimesikia kuna dawa (sina uhakika ni dawa,sabuni au lotion) toka ORIFLAME inasaidia kutight je ni kweli inasaidia? kuna mtu alishawahi kuitumia?

mamaangu sio kwamba natumbukiza vitu ndani yake ila ni kwa sababu ya kujifungua. pia mimi sio mpenzi wa chipsi hata kidogo. for your info sikumbuki ni lini mara ya mwisho kula chipsi. haya hayo maji na sabuni unayafanyaje?

Inaelekea unapenda njia za shortcut. hakuna dawa. Solution ni kegel. Uzuri wake unaweza ukafanya muda wote, sehemu yoyote. Anza mara 3 kwa siku kwa dakika 5, halafu ongeza muda ukijisikia zaidi. Maumbile hutofautiana, ukitaka kujua kama imekuwa tight zaidi itabidi uitest halafu uamue kuongeza ama kupunguza mazoezi.
