Instead of focusing your attention on our Eastern African brothers who are in our schools training our kids I suggest that you deal first with the illegal immigrants of Chinese and Indian origin who are busy peddling petty businesses and constructing substandard buildings in our cities and towns. In fact, I would suggest that we pass a law attracting educated and skilled foreigners especially Kenyans and Ugandans to come and assist us in areas where we are lacking skills and education is one of them. We could even naturalise them in the process.

We don't need Kenyans coz most of them do come with forged documents. Bcoz of our lazyness (Tanzanians) we normally employ them without even certifying their documents!! Also wrong mentality among Tanzanians, that knowing English is education!!! Kenyans are lecturing/teaching to many Universities/schools in Tz, leaving many of our lovely brothers and sisters unemployed. Real it's a shame to the gvt of Tz (esp. Immigration sect) to leave these Kenyans to work in Tz as if its their home!!!! Once in time we shall turn to S. Africa.

No, Kenyans shouldnt be allowed in Tanzania unless under strict supervision and entry requirements..EAC is doomed to fail, lets concentrate on SADC.
