Because 90% of Tanzanians are lazy, thieves, with millions of excuses for everything. They are not the choice of employees I would hire. We hire them because we have no choice and normally we hire a minimum of three substituting one Kenyan, just in case.

Kenyans are just every where like flies and are agggressive looking for jobs in Tanzania, even if it is laundering in big hotels. From bar maids to white colar jobs... I know one of them is in senior position in one of the local financial institutions here in Dar, he has been with the organization for a number of years, he seems heis in haven. Some are holding big positions in different firms, the positions that can be manned by our fellow qualified and experienced brothers and sisters! Once these Kenyans hook the jobs they make sure they maintain it, no matter what it takes, even if it involves killing! They are here to loot and plunder our wealth and invest in their country, no matter how small they may reap. They are conmen/women

Many of them do not have qualifications for the jobs they are doing. It is time we say enough is enough, these people should just go back home and leave us alone! Our sisters and brothers are loitering in streets,insteadof working as they have been pushed aside by these Kenyans. Imagine even serving customers in local bars and restaurants, it is Kenyans!!! Is this what we call investors????? Hawa ni washenzi tu, waende kwao watuachiekazi zetu.

Punguza jazba ndugu. Swali la msingi hapa ni je hawa wakenya unaowachukia kiasi hicho wakapata kazi kwa mtutu wa bunduki au ni waajiri wa kitanzaia ndio wanaowatafuta toka makwao kuja kuwapa kazi hapa Tanzania? It is not only in Tanzania that option of being teacher is taken for those with the lower grades, even in Kenya it is the same. So failures from Kenya are really qualified to be entrusted with divine role of training our Tanzanian kids but not Tanzanians Failures! THINKING LOUDER me too.
