taking advantage is also illegal or rather immoral, you cant take advantage of something outside your boundaries, household for a family case etc, why then should you echo it as if it were something normal to the world, take Kenyans out of TZ, out of our jobs. I SAY OUT no huruma hata kidogo

It is not only in Tanzania that option of being teacher is taken for those with the lower grades, even in Kenya it is the same. So failures from Kenya are really qualified to be entrusted with divine role of training our Tanzanian kids but not Tanzanians Failures! THINKING LOUDER me too.

Let us for a moment step aside from the blame mode and ask ourselves why do you think Tanzanian employees are not appealing to Tanzanian based employers. Why are they even willing to pay higher salaries to these foreigners to secure their services. Do sincerely believe a rational employer will hire a failure from outside the country and be willing to pay higher salary? Once we have that answer we should be able to understand why foreigners are the preferred choice for employers.

The influx of Kenyans who illegally work in our country is a big problem whereby Kenyans dominate most of private school.

it is because we need our kids to learn in English and Kenyan teachers are better in English than our local teachers. Furthermore, since they are in a foreign land they tend to work harder, focus on the job, and don't use lame excuses (like funerals, neighbors sickness etc) to absent themselves from work.

I prefer Kenyans to work for me rather than Tanzanians.

My fellow Tanzanians are super lazy, thieves, liars and with millions of excuses for each and everything.

I work with people from different countries,kenya,Uganda, SA and Sweden among others. Tanzanians are the most trusted personnels, hard workers and HODs in departments herein. Kenyans are hardworkers too but very selfish, hypocrites and less-confident. We have fired many kenyans because of the failure to keep the confidential info.against our competitors who are their fellow kenyans. Therefore i ask you to deliberately change your mind and be fair.

Your problem is, you make a cheap recruitment-fairing your nephews and cousins who do not possess the required skills and potentials and expect them to deliver affirmatively. That shall never happen under the sun.

Be fair, this is Tanzania!

Zomba how on earth could you blame your employee for failing to come to work because of the family problems, this appears to be your own poor corporate governance, put in place clear HR policies to manage those issues and see if you will have problem with tanzanian employees.

Instead of focusing your attention on our Eastern African brothers who are in our schools training our kids I suggest that you deal first with the illegal immigrants of Chinese and Indian origin who are busy peddling petty businesses and constructing substandard buildings in our cities and towns. In fact, I would suggest that we pass a law attracting educated and skilled foreigners especially Kenyans and Ugandans to come and assist us in areas where we are lacking skills and education is one of them. We could even naturalise them in the process.

The isn't expelling foreigners; but having them work legally, paying due taxes and fees a law requires!

Immigration authority has to act quickly upon this issue before it's too late.

In order for a Tanzanian to be qualified you need to have a secondary education with at least a certificate from a recognised teachers training institution.However for a kenyan,you just only need a second.certificate

For your information Tanzania Nurse course are better than Kenya and Uganda.That's why in many Universities offering Nurse undergraduate course you never miss a kenyan taking it.I can agree you in the sector of education we can hire them in some subject like science but in other sector let them leave our country so that our young brother and sister can get a job.I think the home minister and immigration department should tackle this issues very seriously, of illegal immigrant in our country.How comes when you go to kenya and moving on street they ask you about your identity but here in Tanzania they are coming freely without questioned.We love them but let them go back to their home country.Tukiwa na Huruma sana itakuja kutugharimu.
