To me, the problem is the proof as to whether they(kenyans) are really in Tanzania illegally! Someone come out boldly with the proof that we squeeze Immigration Department!

Is there any research that justify Kenyans to be smart workers and educationally competent than Tanzanian. Recent reports on Africa university rankings UDSM has maintained in top 10 while Kenyan universities ranked below 30s.

Instead of focusing your attention on our Eastern African brothers who are in our schools training our kids I suggest that you deal first with the illegal immigrants of Chinese and Indian origin who are busy peddling petty businesses and constructing substandard buildings in our cities and towns. In fact, I would suggest that we pass a law attracting educated and skilled foreigners especially Kenyans and Ugandans to come and assist us in areas where we are lacking skills and education is one of them. We could even naturalise them in the process.

Recently the so called brothers and sisters have turned against us.....you should read more on east africa on going politics against our President ...Chinese and Indians are least of our concern at the moment (I do not think they pose any threat at all compared to them)

Nenda kwenye mtaa mmoja (kwa utani unaitwa mtaa wa wachagga), jina lake halisi ni Kikomba, mtaa huo umejaa wachagga wanafanya biashara zao kwa amani na bila bughudha. Hakuna hata mmoja wao aliye na kibali cha kufanya kazi Kenya. Sasa wewe unayoyasema hapa umeyapata wapi? Kwa ufahamu wangu, ni kwamba wenzetu wa Kenya wako juu linapokuja suala la kuzungumza, kuelewa na kutumia lugha ya kiingereza. Ukitaka walimu wazuri wa kufundisha kwenye English Medium Schools, hautawapata Tanzania. Hapa sina maana ya kwamba Tanzania hatuna walimu wazuri, la hasha, tunao. Tatizo ni uwezo wa kujieleza vizuri na kuitumia hiyo lugha kumfundisha Mwanafunzi mpaka akalielewa somo.

Tusiwachukie walimu kutoka Kenya, ni muhimu tukawa nao, ni kwa faida yetu ila ni vizuri wakawa na vibali halali vya kufanya kazi ambavyo nina imani wengi wanavyo.

Zomba how on earth could you blame your employee for failing to come to work because of the family problems, this appears to be your own poor corporate governance, put in place clear HR policies to manage those issues and see if you will have problem with tanzanian employees.

The reason why foreigners will not come up with such issues is because they have their families far away from their work locations, this is not a competitive advantage at all, unless you have developed your self into some one who does not care of family and social issues at all. can not imagine what kind of a father you are!!! phew.
