Ok, fair enough. I am conjecturing. I can’t deny that.
However, they too are doing the same thing but in the guise of science.
My belief is that no one really knows for certain the origins of all the people of the world.
It’s one of those mysteries that perhaps we will never know about.
If you want to really question things, one can say that you can't know for certain that you even exist.
Even Rene Descartes maxim of "I think, therefore I exist" is based on an assumption that thinking proves existence.
The singer Billy Idol used to sing "there is nothing sure in this world", which if we get down to the nitty-gritty, is true.
So from that, we can build a framework of sifting through sensory perception and logical reasoning the chaff from the wheat (by the way, any etymological relationship between chaff and "chafu"?), the English from the Dutch, the tots (watoto?) from the grown folks.
I value skepticism. I value disent. The great American General George Paton used to say that, if you see a group of people agreing on everything, there are some who are being dragged into agreement without really wanting to.
But dissent and skepticism must be disciplined and based on reason and factual investigation. People who supposedly did their peer review and put their names on the lines shouldn't be dismissed as easily as your Tom,Dick or Harry from just any hellhole.
So, having said that, I welcome your skepticism, I welcome dissent.
But you better come with data and facts, not just wholesale dismissal.
The great science fiction writer and science popularizer, Carl Sagan used to say, "extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence".
This is the Sagan standard (I should use this more often in my reasoning against the existence of God).
Science has been openly discussed extensively. So much is published formally and informally.
Granted, a lot of established science still has uncovered holes. But on the other hand, we shouldn't let any flaw be ground to dismiss everything. If we go by that principle, we wouldn't build bridges, because, in principle, we cannot calculate pi accurately completely.
If your skepticism holds water, you will be doing yourself and the entire JF community an injustice by summarily dismissing scientific establishment constructs. You will be doing the world disservice.
You will do well to organize your rebuttals and critiques in a more organized way, with data and well detailed arguments.
Not just summary dismissal that look nothing diferent from your common flat earth society card carrying member's anti-science default contrarianism.
