Mbona umerudia yale yale toa basi hizo facts.

This is the funny part of humankind.

There is always a hot debate between the natives and None (allegedly) worldwide. There is a fairytale that a modern society embodying ideas of friendliness, fairness, values, respect, tolerance and equity has failed to prove immunity to inter-cultural myths and conflicts. This failure is not only seen in under developed countries but goes even to highly respected and developed societies in Europe and America.

At point in time silence has been the option, the principle of "don't speak and let other see we are doing well" while the matter of fact we are not. I would like to share the recent opinion of the current German chancellor when addressing the her CDU's youth wing, that we have fallen victims of "exceptions" and "integration" and most important "poor governance" a particular case for Tanzania.
  • Expectation- Are the so called Tanzanians'-Indians know of their fellow Tanzanian expectations? is this what brought their fathers in this country?, does the history give them (Tanzanians-Indians) a venue to see things in that perspective? Do us both (the so called Natives and Tanzanian-Indians share the common social strategy? The list goes on endlessly, the obvious answer remains to be NOT.
  • Integration- Integration comes with sharing of values and respect, singularly termed as "social willingness" to live as one community. We as Tanzanian have long way to be there. If communities see themselves as aliens how do we propel the evolvement of one great Tanzanian family?. If we only meet and interact at what bothers us the most, how can we become a family? How can I have my kids at your door if I only meet you at the shopping mall? Funny fact! "I best know you to the extent of our transactions, period".
  • Poor Governance- It's the fact, crook Gov officials have laid the red carpet for the phony businessmen all over the world to come and loot the little we have in large sums. The only sad fact is, most of these phony men are of Indian origin and they are really good at what they do. These have now posed as industrial capitalists with medium size factories employing only (if not significantly) the guys they trust the most, these guys happened to be the look alike. So the vicious circle continues, the good guys turn bad guys, it's looting and plundering.
Clearly, we need a national wide debate on this. Without a firm political and social willingness our future is covered by huge mist, a mist of sorrow, a sad path for most of us.

Stop pointing fingers lets find a long term solution
