But MIFUKO inatunza kwa niaba yetu, inafanya investments ili kuja ku-cover social distress that may happen now or in future na kukupatia mafao Bora.
Guys, be great thinkers ki kweli kweli na mjisumbue kufuatilia mambo. JF isiwe mahali pa kupoteza watu, kila jambo linawekwa kisiasa siasa tuu.
I salute you Mr. Donyongijape,
I must admit to be impressed with your extensive and staunch comments in favor of the enacted law in question.
I have, however, little trouble with your premises. It's fine from academic view-stand, also in some quantity from a pParliamentarian mindset. But since you are as learned as your herein work goes, just bother to behold from those standing on the other side of the hill. I deduce from their opinions several things, probably more:-
1) Practically real-life experience view
This group is variant in composition but shares same and similar philosophy. As such They need to be won. They expect to be convinced. They don't want their future being held in perpetual ransom with this/any failed government...similarly to previous govts in all areas of fundamental basic human needs.
2) Moral authority from political platform - the lack of
a) Simply put, if it was that good intentioned law then why not one of government faces bothered to propagate the trumpet for such a law?
b) If it was that important an act why the secrecy of its establishment? Will you freely attach transparency to its creation?
c) The records of both, the major beneficiary (i.e the govt) and the scandalous-run social funds, begs more than a mere selective approach of adding an act to an evidently unjust and unfair social plane.
d) Any good success expected should be travelled in the vehicle of trust which thru justice will buy legitimacy. What do you think is relationship of wananchi and the govt in the view of the above?
