Hapa hakuna suala ladies ama gentlemen. Anayoyafanya RAKESH ni makubwa hata kwa mamilioni ya wanaume tulionao Tanzania. Its about committment, passion, creativity and more so guts to stand were many could not dare....

Na sio kuwa ni famuos bali anaaminika sana miongoni mwa watu waliopo katika asasi za kiraia...kulikojaa manyang'au wanafiki ambao ni wabaya kuliko hao wanaoiba kwa ukweli na uwazi..

Sikatai, mazuri anafanya-ila kumbuka kuna mtu hupenda kuonekana mzuri kwa watu wa nje na si kwa watu wa ndani kwake iwe nyumbani au ofisini. Same applies to him. My late young sis worked with the guy tangu akiwa Mwanza-kuleana, it was the same story. My late young sis worked with the guy tangu akiwa Mwanza-kuleana, it was the same story. Tena she used to say kuna pesa hajamlipa, mara kwa mara alisema hawalipwi pesa zao kwa wakati, I am afraid she died akidai pesa zake. How sad! Hizi ni kasoro kubwa.

Watanzania wengi ni wanafiki sana! Huyo jamaa hana tatizo ni watu wa nje wabaguzi hawapendi kumuona mtu mwenye asili ya kiasia anajali elimu ya watoto wote wa kitanzania kuliko wenyewe. Huyo jamaa hata kama anamatatizo yake je ni Watanzania wangapi wako huku nje ambao hawafanyi lolote kusaidia tanzania kwenye elimu?. Kuna ma professor na wasomi wangapi huku nje ambao wamebakia kukosoa serikali na kuongea umbea lakini wameshidwa kusaidia elimu kwa namna yeyote ile na kwa kutoa mawazo kama Haki Elimu. Watanzania wengi tunafikiria kila kitu kibaya Tanzania ni serikali lakini watu wengi sana wangeweza kusaidia lakini wabaki kufanya unafiki. Hii ni baadhi ya mifano.

1. Watanzania wasomi walio maliza chuo kikuu, ambao walisoma bure au hawajalipa mikopo na sasa wanalaamikia madeni ya nchi au elimu ya nchi na hawafanyi kitu ni wanafiki. Hakuna elimu ya bure Neyerere na Mwinyi walikopa pesa kuwasomesha kwa hiyo kabwa hujaanza kulalamika chukua ile pesa iliyokusaidia wewe na wasaidie wanafunzi ambao hawawezi kusoma chuo kwa sasa, au toa michango kwenye community yako ya kujenga shule.

2. Kwa wale wasomi waliokuja siku nyingi kutafuta maisha acha kulalamika na unafiki! wameenda kufungua vyuo vikuu Tanzania, charity Tanzania, Hosipitali kama THI ya Dr. Masau kwa nini hamfanyi kitu mmebaki kuweka unafiki na maneno? Je kama wewe ni professor ni lini wakati wa likizo yako umeenda kujitolea kufundisha kwenye nchi yako hata kwa mwezi tu kwa bure?? Je ni lini umeandika kitabu cha mawazo yako ya kuendeleza nchi?? Mnafikiria majungu na misaada pekee inafanya kila kitu lakini sisi watanzania inabidi tufanye vitu wenyewe.

Haki Elimu ni muhimu na ni aibu kujaribu kumsengenya na kumsema Mtanzania mwenzetu aliyefanya kazi nzuri kwa watoto wetu kwa sababu ya kipuuzi ya kuwa na asili ya kiasia. Je wewe umefanya nini kwa nchi yako? Je ni kwa nini usitupe mawazo yako badaya ya kutafuta vijimakosa vidogovidogo vya kusema. Jamaani tuache utoto na uswahili wa kuongeaongea na tufikirie tutasaidia vipi nchi yetu.
 
mmm.....nime experience....
most of the good bosses....wajuzi wa profession sio GOOD administrators! hasa human resource. Wanajiona "superlative" sasa labda pamoja na kuwa msomi,msemaji bado anakaushamba ka kutoa maslahi...au amekulia kwenye shida sana...

Hata hivyo nampongeza kwa kukubali amefika "ukomo wa performance"
Hongera...na rekebisha hilo it will haunt you for ever.
 
Hakuna binadamu aliye kamilika kama wengu tunavyotegemea, ila kama kawaida hata ufanye mema milioni moja na moja ila jambo moja baya huondoa sifa yote na mema hufunikwa.
Ni nani wa kwanza kurusha jiwe?

Once upon a time there was a country which had only one restaurant. All the people in that country had to eat in that restaurant, so thousands went there every day.

But the service was a bit of a problem. People who were hungry had to wait for hours, and in some cases even days. There did not seem to be an order to things. Some people who arrived late got service quicker, a few others got particularly big plates of food, but most suffered more or less silently.

They did not dare to ask questions of the waiters or managers. Experience showed that it did not help. Those who had asked in the past had been told 'be patient', 'don't you see I am busy', 'come back tomorrow' or 'we have lost your order'. Others were told 'come back tomorrow' or 'who are you anyway?' The customers paid 'a little something' to expedite the order, or waited, take your pick.

When the food did arrive, often it wasn't very good. It wasn't very balanced or healthy, at times it wasn't clean, and usually it wasn't enough--especially in the second half of the month because the restaurant had 'run out of supplies'. You had to pay anyway, though some waiters charged a little less if you agreed not to demand a receipt, right underneath posters exclaiming 'this is a corruption free zone'.

One day the restaurant owner passed by, and became quite alarmed. He called a meeting of all the managers and told them things had to change. The managers were to remember that 'customers were king and queen'. Service had to improve, and there was to be more accountability. New rules were issued, including a code of ethics for managers, a manual for waiters. There was even a 'client service charter', that explained the restaurant values and its obligations to customers, though most of the customers never got to see it.

Afterwards, there was some difference. Several managers worked really hard to make their part better organized than before. Some of the waiters were more alert and kind to customers, though they could do little about delays in the kitchen or the mosquitoes. But for many others it was business as usual. Another problem was that a lot of the managers and a few waiters always seemed to be away for capacity building seminars. They would come back with lots of files and papers on improving restaurant services, but kept the little brown envelopes for themselves.

The funny thing was that it did not seem to matter if you treated the customers well or did your job right. The incompetent and uncaring staff always got their salaries, and were not held accountable. The hard working ones got the same as the rest, and no special recognition. If anything, the other staff ridiculed them, saying 'you think you are better than us', 'you think you are smarter', etc... and so after a while even they stopped taking initiative, asking questions or going out of their way to make the restaurant work better.

The newspapers kept reporting about the continued problems at the restaurant, so everyone was aware. This time a team of expert consultants was hired, with funding from donors. They interviewed a lot of the customers and managers and wrote large reports. A strategy was developed with a Swahili name to show it was locally owned - MKUKUHUMGA (Mkakati wa Kuboresha Uwajibikaji na Huduma za Mgahawa) More capacity building seminars were done. Managers went abroad on exchange visits. Codes of ethics, manuals and client service charters were all updated.

But life for most of the restaurant customers did not improve. The food was mostly poor and the service bad. And despite all the tough talk about accountability, the rules were rarely enforced. The reality was that it did not matter whether the managers or waiters did their job or not. There appeared to be no consequences; at most a few of the really bad ones were transferred.

All this puzzled the frogs, who lived at the edge of the restaurant, immensely. "Instead of all the rules, guidelines and seminars", observed one frog, "why don't they just get their incentives right - reward those who do well and sanction those who don't?" "Moreover," quipped another frog, "and why not give power to the customers to hold the staff accountable?"

Makala ni nzuri sana na wala sina tatizo nayo Lakini Vizuri ni kuondoa Kibanzi kwenye Jicho lako kabla hujaona Boriti kwenye Jicho la mwenzako.
 
...?? Ana akiri fulani- Ni Nzuri Kama ita tumika vizuri!! Ni mbaya Kama ana itumia Hivyo!!!

Nia yake ni Kujizolea Umaarufu tu!! Bila hata kujua Matokeo Yake!!
 
Nalipenda sana tangazo la haki elimu kwa sasa, la mwalimu anaejitahidi kufundisha kwa kiingereza halafu inashindikana, Jamani linanivunja mbavu h ata nikikumbuka nikiwa kazini nacheka sana.

Linanikumbusha mwalimu wangu wa chemistry wa form 1 na 2 mpaka tulimuita offcourse.

Masikimi alikuwa akianza kufundisha jasho la woga linamtoka, misamiati yote inapotea, alikuwa mdada mmoja fresh kutoka chuo fulani sikumbuki maswali hataki kabisaaaa mtu akiuliza najibiwa na mwenzie.

Tuna kazi sana katika kipengele cha lugha ya kufundishia.

Haika, nami hilo tangazo linanikumbusha mwalimu wetu wa HESABU mdada mmoja, ambaye alikuwa anatundisha kwa kuchanganya KIswahili na Kiingereza, patamu hapo. Utawezaje kujifunza exponential equstions kwa kiswahili. Basi tukimuuliza swali tu, jibu lake ni: "ZIS EQUATION IS VERY COMPLICATE..." nasi tunamalizaia "..TED". Ndiyo imetoka hapo. Nasikia siku hizi kastaafu na ana wajukuu, sijui kama ni kweli. Hivyo walimu wa sekondari kutokimanya kiingereza vizuri siyo kwamba kumeibuliwa na Haki Elimu, kupo tangu zamani.

si la lugha tu, hata confidence ya mwalimu mbele ya wanafunzi inaathiri utoaji wa elimu.
Hivi tungefundishwa kwa kiwahili na hawa walimu si tungejua mambo mengi sana?
basi tu, ndo imeshatoka.

Jamani kiswahili ndo lugha tuliokulia wengi na ndo maana dogo alipoambiwa aeleze kwa kiswahili aliflow vizuri mno.
Sikatai kiingereza kutumika sawa ila kiswahili bado kipewe nafasi yaani kuwe na option kama Kiswahili kinakugomba then wapiga kiingereza.

Just simple as that. Message received, siku nyingine nitakuwa makini nisiwakwaze wana JF wenzangu.
