yaani kwa siku ukikimbia dk 15 its very enough plus push up kadhaa walau 15,na seat up(dont mind the spelling)na zile up and down 10 mtu unakuwa uko sawa kabisa,alafu tuache kula mivyakula vya mafuta sana tea wengine daily kuna baadhi ya watu breakfast bila mayai ya kukaanga haijakamilika plus beer jioni,kiuweli lazima unenepeane,hata uwe busy vipi huwezi kukosa dk 15 walau kwa siku ikishindikana basi walau kila week end,maeneo mengi kunakuwa na mabonanza so tujichanganye wadau.kwa sis wengine tunaopenda swimming hata tusipofanya mazoezi wiki nzia tukienda na kuswim walau two hours its very enough.

Mwili wako ni wa kijana anejielewa...na anaezingatia mazoezi
unakuta kijana ana 25 lakini mwili wake kama nyumba ITS TIME na wao wabadilike
 
sasa akilaaa kiupande upande utaona na kitambi nacho kimelala, kimelegea, kinajaaa kitandani na kumfanya anakuwa mkubwaaaa, yaani huwezi kumkumbatia, utaishia kushika makalio khaaaaaaaa

Besides swimming hata kwa wenzangu na mile Wa mpira Wa kikapu mazoez take yanajenga both physic ya MTU na pumzi pia so kama huna hela ya gym sio mbaya guys unatafuta zile karatas za Maelezo ya mazoez unachukua muhm ukifanya kila siku 15 to 30 min either kabla hujalala au ukiamka mbn unakua noma sana
Believe me mi ni mtu Wa mazoez but to tell the storey I had a gal miaka ya nyuma huko but the day I met his father I thot he was 35 to 40 aisee sikuamini hi was 55 by then still handsome,body structure ya maana yaani serious I wish ningemtaja hata jina kuna watu watakua wanamkujua so tusijiachie sana wanangu ni kitu muhm sana

watabadilika kwa kupitia sisi na nyie, ila wanawake mna ushawishi mkubwa sana kwa wanaume wenu ukimwambia tu aina ya mwili wa mwanaume unaempenda unaweza kumbadilisha,hata kama unashindwa kumwambia direct unaweza kumwambia indirect.,ila tatizo kubwa ninaloliona ni watu kuendekeza bia unnecesarily,vihela vyenyewe vinahesabika na kupatakwa shida lakini kila siku mtu anataka azungushe round.!
