yaani kwa siku ukikimbia dk 15 its very enough plus push up kadhaa walau 15,na seat up(dont mind the spelling)na zile up and down 10 mtu unakuwa uko sawa kabisa,alafu tuache kula mivyakula vya mafuta sana tea wengine daily kuna baadhi ya watu breakfast bila mayai ya kukaanga haijakamilika plus beer jioni,kiuweli lazima unenepeane,hata uwe busy vipi huwezi kukosa dk 15 walau kwa siku ikishindikana basi walau kila week end,maeneo mengi kunakuwa na mabonanza so tujichanganye wadau.kwa sis wengine tunaopenda swimming hata tusipofanya mazoezi wiki nzia tukienda na kuswim walau two hours its very enough.
Mwili wako ni wa kijana anejielewa...na anaezingatia mazoezi
unakuta kijana ana 25 lakini mwili wake kama nyumba ITS TIME na wao wabadilike
