yaani kwa siku ukikimbia dk 15 its very enough plus push up kadhaa walau 15,na seat up(dont mind the spelling)na zile up and down 10 mtu unakuwa uko sawa kabisa,alafu tuache kula mivyakula vya mafuta sana tea wengine daily kuna baadhi ya watu breakfast bila mayai ya kukaanga haijakamilika plus beer jioni,kiuweli lazima unenepeane,hata uwe busy vipi huwezi kukosa dk 15 walau kwa siku ikishindikana basi walau kila week end,maeneo mengi kunakuwa na mabonanza so tujichanganye wadau.kwa sis wengine tunaopenda swimming hata tusipofanya mazoezi wiki nzia tukienda na kuswim walau two hours its very enough.
 
I agree sweetheart, 100 % uko right its just that sometimes huwa ninashindwa kuseparatisha vitu hivi viwili, sense na maenzi. Kama unaona mtu wako anaharibikiwa (tena mtu wako unayempenda) utamwacha bila kumwambia au kumsaidia kwa kuwa unataka asimame mwenyewe? Amazing sasa hivi unakutana na mitoto midogo haijui chochote imenenepeana kama wanaenda kufanywamaonyesho pia wazazi tuwaangalie na watotot wetu kuwalisha mayai kila siku,kuku haimaanishi tunawapenda sana bali tuwape vyakula accordingly.
 
Mazoezi muhimu lakini ukishindwa play cunningulus!halafu uone mtu mnene anaitwa kiportable.ujanja kidogo tu!
