If a company calls for interviews and ofcoz several
candidates apply for the interview and eventually interviewed,
from the list you get the best candidate from the interviewed...

Only to find out when going out for a short break or call of
nature, a visitor assisting a fellow worker on something work
related perfectly and the catch is that is the exact work you
were interviewing the other candidates.... which the visitor
accomplishes in fifteen minutes while it always takes your Co.
almost an hour.... Can you not bend the rules a bit??

But i prefer 'hiring and giving a probation for a period of time'
how about that????
