Half time, tunaongoza 2-0

Pheeew!! Alex hits the post with a wonderful strike.

Peasant · Sep 28, 2010

Damn it! Another shot on the post, this time Essien

Peasant · Sep 28, 2010

Game over. Tungeweza kushinda zaidi ya goli hizo mbili, lakini all we want is three points. Good game.

Matanga yamesitishwa kwa muda popo bawa kapita.

The visitors control the ball and create the early pressure but Chelsea take the lead in the seventh minute when John Terry tucks in Gael Kakuta's scuffed corner at the near post

Chelsea are by no means dominating the game but Michael Essien and Florent Malouda step up their play, Marseille conceding a penalty from Stephane Mbia's handball that Nicolas Anelka converts

Once again, the Blues take hold of the game, seemingly at will, hitting the post twice through Alex and Essien, with Anelka having an effort ruled out for offside, and bringing on the lively Daniel Sturridge

Chelsea aren't the free-scoring force seen at the start of the season but are worth their win, needed since the recent losses to Newcastle United and Manchester City

Let's get physical: Chelsea will out-muscle Arsenal says Blues No 2 Ray Wilkins

Chelsea will focus on the physical side of the game on Sunday when they take on Arsenal, according to the champions' assistant manager Ray Wilkins. The Chelsea No 2 has been preparing his side for the Arsenal game because manager Carlo Ancelotti has been in Italy due to the death of his father. After losing to Manchester City last weekend, Chelsea will look to expose Arsenal's own problems with physical battles.
