Kama mtu wa Public Relations kutoka nchi masikini kama Tanzania, Mwamvita Makamba ameonyesha poor judgement kuji-parade katika namna inayoonyesha disparity ya maisha kati ya walio nacho na wasio nacho Tanzania.
This self exposing tactless and simply tastelessly tacky parade, whether intended at lording it over those who worship consummerism and showism or a genuine lack of judgement from a partying airhead, could only be celebrated by imprudent charlatans, not the genuine articles of Public Relations.
I have never seen, say, a Franklin Mziray parading himself like that, not that Mr. Mziray doesn't know how to party and shop and have a good time. And Mziray is not even the beacon of responsibility, just to show you how embarrassing this woman -she of holding Miss Tanzania contest on the day after a national disaster infamy- is to the profession and her cadre of Tanzanian women.
U-Turn of all places? Just goes to show you how lacking our collective talent pool is.
Oh, wait. What am I talking about? She did not even get where she is because of talent, rather, her last name.
So she naturally carries that out-of-touch-with-reality elitist entitlement. No wonder she is exposing herself like some nouveau-riche kid from the ghetto.
Perhaps she very well is and that's how this can make sense. Most of the oligarchy were empty titles and no money until very recently.
Company's reputation suffers when you have a high profile employee who represents the image of the organization to the public, continuously brandishing his/her photos about her personal vacations, kinky outings etc. online.
Angekuwa anafanya kazi AT&T, Verizon, Sprint or T-Mobile ama most of the Fortune 100 companies basi saa hizi angekuwa fired immediately kwa kujianika kwenye blogs, FB, etc. May be bongo companies nyingi policies zao ziko very lax when it comes to internet use policies
Unless akafanye kazi kwa Kardashian!
