I have already dissected that article and gave him an answer. The article talks about a totally different thing from what he says. Nangoja sasa arudi akitapatapa 😂 😂

The whole of Kings mall is 22,700 sq m! U see i'm not ur levels fools! My English n understanding of measurements n the value of real estates is no way to be compared to u fools! Get to know IKEA first, Kings mall will be small to them!

First and foremost, there's nothing like "funrnitures" in English. Secondly, such establishments are not called/are not supposed to be called malls. They are just furniture stores and nothing else. We have many such stores even here in Kenya but we don't call them malls. Furniture Palace along Mombasa road is a good example View attachment 1322330View attachment 1322331
Wacha usenge toka kibera uone furniture n building materiasl malls around the World! 22,700 Sq m space will be a small store for IKEA!

Ur English is wanting! IKEA bought the whole of Kings mall! Get to know IKEA shopping concept to understand what happened! U can't be staying in Kibera n argue over mall acquisition! Size n price means the whole Kings mall was bought by IKEA!
Haven't I said the same thing in my post above? I clearly said that IKEA bought the mall but only opened a small store inside the mall, as per what they said in that article you provided. Kings Mall is 27,000 square meters but they just opened a small store inside that 27,000 square meters, meaning the rest of the space is occupied by other businesses (tenants) not affiliated to IKEA. If they occupied the entire mall, could they have said they opened a small store there? 27,000 square meters is way too big to call small. You always force things

Wacha ujinga IKEA will occupy the whole 22700 sq m n to them it will be a smaller new city business model in comparison to their normal malls!

Unaona ulivyo mjinga hadi unajikaanga na mafuta yako mwenyewe?? Did you see that part it says the mall houses 44 retail units? Which are these retail units? Can you name them? And are they in any way affiliated to IKEA? Do they have any connection to IKEA? You should have asked yourself these questions kabla ya kutoa uharo. Even in that picture above, there's something written "Primak", which I believe is one of the 44 retail units operating inside that mall.

What are these "their normal malls" and what is their individual retail space? Am asking this because in the link you provided, they clearly stated that this will their first mall acquisition. They do not own a mall anywhere else apart from this. Nani mjinga sasa Kati yangu na wewe ambaye unapingana na link umeleta mwenyewe??

My friend unajiaibisha, unajiaibisha sana. If I were you ningenyamaza kitambo sana. From the pics and description of the mall, it has so many tenants. There are shops just for foodstuffs, others for clothes and shoes and others for phones and accessories et al. Unajiaibisha sana na pia unaaibisha wajukuu wako.

They will only occupy the whole mall just in your mind coz you can't even read and understand the contents of your own links. But according to what they said, they'll only open a small store inside that mall that they now own

Una ushamba wa DNA those 44 units make up 22700sq m n IKEA bought 27000 sq m! R u that shallow in math? Idiot u won if u can't grasp the basics!
Kweli Kudeal na mjinga asiyejua ni mjinga ni vigumu. IKEA bought the entire mall which measures 22,700 square meters as you say. And yes, those 44 stores make up the total mall space. IKEA, being owners, have decided to open just a small store inside the mall meaning that those business units who were operating there prior to that acquisition will continue operating there. There's nowhere written that IKEA will be occupying the entire mall. instead they are just opening a small new store there and that's clearly written. Show me where they say they will take the entire space. Kumbaf!!

Nakuambia leo nimeshangaa kama Methuselah anatuambia kuwa nguo na accessories pia furniture.

Bongolala, who will tell you that size doesn't really matter here? It can even be a million square meters of IKEA furniture store. It only means good money in their pockets. The thing is, such stores however big or small they are, are not malls because they do not fit the description of a mall. As long as just one business entity operates there, it ceases to be called a mall because that is not what a mall is. I have given you an example with Furniture Palace in Nairobi which is almost the same size as this but it's not a mall because it does not fit the description of a mall

Get to know IKEA first! The Kings small 22700sq m mall will host over 2000 accessories of IKEA mall! So still arguing there is no building materials or furniture mall?
Mzee wewe lala bana, do you even know what phone accessories are? Ama hizo pia ni furniture? Yaani umechanganyikiwa kweli, you started by claiming that there is a mall dealing in construction materials and after I had challenged you to name such mall ukaruka to furniture. Anyway IKEA bought King's mall but only using small portion of the shopping spaces to do it's business leaving the rest to the tenants. Are we together?
