I agreeSheria za ujenzi are so strict in Nairobi. Outside slum areas huwezi jenga tu nyumba utakavyo otherwise itabomolewa. Huku kuna baadhi za sehemu huwezi jenga apartments hata kama uko na huo uwezo na ni lazima ujenge as per the approved designs. Pia huwezi ongeza hata floor moja juu above what was approved otherwise itabomolewa pia. I remember there's a time a three star hotel in Gigiri was pulled down for adding just a single floor above what was approved.
