No Edward I can give it 60% completion rate.But that place is very wealthy compared to the eastlands side .I saw like around ten towers coming up...can't imagine what it will look like in 2 years to come.Thanks for the info El Matador, i have not been to this side of Nairobi for three months now, but my friends from the side are telling many new towers and buildings are coming up very fast with anticipated upgrade of the road.
Am also told that the road (Ngong Road) Is turning out to be a marvel of Nairobi!
Considering that this place is wealthier, compared and orderly than along Outer Ring, tend to think this place, along Ngong Road will be a beauty to behold.
Have they done the road beyond 70%??
