And why are you talking about seven years while we all know that one the buildings standing out in those pictures, the TPA, was built less than four years ago??? And how do you say that Dar is now a better planned city? How do you build first then plan later? I thought that planning comes before building! You cannot build first then plan later. Or do you want us to believe that all those buildings captured in those pictures were brought down between 2012 and now and new ones built in their places in a planned and organized manner?
