Mombasa has the biggest port in East Africa, it is the backbone of coastal tourism circuit (tourism is the 3rd highest foreign exchange in Kenya), the city has a functioning SGR, a functioning international airport, a bigger economy among many other things. Add that to a population of 1.5 million people against Mwanza's 300k people. Seriously, how do you even start comparing these two cities?
