I think Uganda is right on this one and i dont think any right thinking economist can do otherwise,that is why Kenya has no beef either and we dont give a foot where they want to build their rail,they can build it from the sky or whatever,furthermore Majority of Ships from Japan,china and all the middle east will always dock at Mombasa because it is closer and more affordable...let me show you the difference between Mombasa port and DAR-salaam
