Just landed back to Nairobi from Dar. I must say I was treated well by our brothers from the south.

Atleast I have a clear picture of how the two cities are and will never waste time here to see which is better.

Dar has a share of both worlds the rich and the poor, the city is greatly taking shape.

And btw Tz are not lazy especially people from Dar. Things are running 24hrs here and by 4am you will see traffic on some roads.

Dar has transformed over a short period and I believe it will continue to do so. But honestly Nairobi is way ahead in infrastructure and buildings in general.

The govt should focus on paving the roads well. You find beautiful buildings but the roads beneath is just a pitty.

The public beaches in Tz are really dirty and on the private beaches investors place boundary till to the sea you cant walk freely( was so offended by this).

Zoning in Dar is not really there yet. You find A 'Karen'Kileleshwa and ongwaro mixed in thesame area.

Beach resorts are still way behind not even malindi level,
Mombasa has better suburbs and roads than Dar.
