So it's impossible for you?hahahaha you guys use seacom undersea cable ..is it owned by tanzanian govt?....i bet you just dont understand this fibre staff it must be connected to an undersea fibre then to UAE (nearest provider)
Exactly that fiber optic cable throughout the entire country and all data centers in Tanzania are under the ownership of the government, the constructors paid by the government to do so
and now TTCL cooperation 100% government property is operating the system and selling internet to the rest of services providers including tigo, airtel (45% government owned), vodacom, smart, halotel and TTCL itself.
It's so funny your three feet country size failed to construct the system with its own funds, you have many stakeholders to that little thing as if you networked the entire world
