Red colour is phase 4 which bado haijajengwa ..it will include extending mall by 20ksqm ,hotel n some office blocka

So I hear the tallest tower kwa AVIC will be more than 200metres high. There have been an upgrade. Others will be upgraded too. Taller and more floor counts, none will be less than 30 floors. Those are 6, 100metres plus towers and one with over 200 metres under construction huko westlands

Yeah hatuna mpinzani. Read somewhere that more than 25% of all high rise buildings in Africa zinajengwa Kenya. Lets hope other highrise na skyscrapers will upgrade too. Na walio na uoga kama Nairobi One watajenga.
