Tanzania budget TZS 31trillion(2016/2017), hii ni sawa na $15B. Kenya budget ni Ksh 2.2 trillion, sawa na $20B, tofauti ni $5B pekee. Lakini Tanzania imeweza kulipa $3.1B kujenga SGR, kununua ndege saba, kulipia electric locomotive 50 na mabehewa ya kisasa 1400 kutenga pesa ya kujenga electric dam kubwa kuliko zote EA, kukarabati vinja 11vya ndege ukiwemo uwanja mkubwa na wa kisasa zaidi EA. Tanzania has many and longer paved roads, better public hospitals, more people have safe and clean water, food security, better chance of getting employment, free primary to secondary education, better security than Kenyans, these are important basic needs that Kenyans admire to be like TanzaniansAnd yet we have waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more paved roads then you guys.
