Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

You've always argued here that Dar is big. When we bring that size in perspective mnaanza kutoa povu za distance from the CBD.

The argument here is about size, not distance from one end of the city to the other. If that's the case, the distance between Syokimau and Juja via CBD is 45 kilometers and it's all built up. Not even an acre of shrubland in between. The distance between Chanika and the CBD is 32 kilometers and you are already deep in the villages of Dar where there are no tarmac roads and people grow cassava!
Dar is big.

Chanika Excluded.

Chanika, Vikindu, Majohe, Kisemvule, Kongowe, Mlandizi are new areas and some are outskirts of city, where people move to, cuz Dar os FULL.

Some areas are of the Coastal region.

My question is where will they get the space in the middle of that road.

If I were Ruto I will concentrate on opening the bottle necks at Pangani and Globe round about for seamless flow of traffic. Those 2 areas are the only cause of inbound traffic along Thika road.
Or just do a tram. One to Eastlands via Jogoo and Juja Roads, another on mombasa road, another on Waiyaki way, another on Lang'ata road then one all the way to Thika town
