Buildings above 20 floors that are under construction in Dar are less than 4. So in short bado there are less than 40 buildings with 20 floors and above in entire Tanzania. Westlands alone is building that 40 as we speak.

Just show us the construction progress and any evidence that they will go above 20 floors
