I don’t think you understand what influence is .
Don’t confuse Trade and influence.
South Sudan governance systems are borrowed from Kenya not Uganda.
Their elites reside in Nairobi not Kampala.
Their peace deal that stabilized the warring factions was brokered in Naivasha not Kampala.
The children of the rich attend top schools in Kenya not Uganda.
They use Kenya’s education system not Uganda..
I can go on all day …

When comparing the military system of the South Sudan People’s Defence Forces (SSPDF) to its neighbors, it is overwhelmingly Uganda-like rather than Kenya-like.

Yet we train their officers at Lanet . Their Special Forces are trained in Gilgil .
I don’t know what comparison standards you are implying and I don’t care but all I know is facts I posted.
You can say KDF or TPDF are more British like in terms of chain of command ( due to colonialism) but KDF is more influenced by the United States in terms of operations system. I wish you went past 7th grade so we can have a reasonable conversation..🤪
