Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

[mwaiofhawaii]

😂😂😂 unafurahisha. Kuna watu wanakuita baba eeh.? Tz ilifanya haya mambo tangu enzi za magufuli huko. Hii ni Chato hospital Geita. 👇🏾View attachment 3613538View attachment 3613537View attachment 3613536

This a provincial hospital…ata kama iko Chato , the provincial headquarters Geita hospital is like a health clinic in Kenya… we are posting county hospitals…. If you want provincial/ regional public hospitals we got like 10 and they are massive… what you are showing is equivalent of our county hospitals… Kenya is modernizing healthcare facilities from rural sub location ( village) level to Regional referrals…

The only hospital in all of Mtwara province… a Kenya size equivalent former province like western got 5 such facilities at Busia, Bungoma , Vihiga, TransNzoia and Kakamega ….. Mangufuli tried to catch up with Kenya in various fields but never reached the numbers but definitely Kenya was his economic model. It showed in many ways ..

I guess Kenya is so used to big things, sometimes we just ignore….. imagine Hii ingekuwa ni Dar , I know the forum would be flooded with photos hata za chakula …🤣🤣…
My point, just last week Mombasa hosted the our oceans world conference bringing nations from all corners of the globe including Tanzania. This is in the heels of Nairobi hosting 40 African heads of state last month…
My question is when did Dar host any regional conference let alone the globe … 🤪
