By most you mean 2 highways.
Dar is 90% matope and vumbi. Some of us have travelled 🙂 🙂
There is no estate tarmac road network to speak of. Unless you all live on the highway.

I agree most of Dar roads are pedestrian friendly. That's because cars cant pass through them. 🙂
